2. Description of Service

Aqrab provides AI-powered research methodology critique. Our platform analyzes study designs and protocols against established reporting standards (CONSORT, STROBE, PROBAST, etc.) and provides structured feedback, scoring, and recommendations.

Aqrab is not a substitute for peer review, ethical review, or professional research consultation. It is a tool to improve research methodology before submission.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties.
• You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Use automated means to abuse our API or exceed rate limits
• Resell or redistribute critiques without attribution
• Submit malware, harmful content, or attempt to exploit our systems

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the study designs and research content you submit. By using Aqrab, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating critiques.

Our methodology frameworks, scoring algorithms, and critique output formats are the intellectual property of Coefficients Health Analytics.

6. Pricing and Payments

• Free tier: 3 critiques per month at no charge.
• Credit packs: One-time purchases, non-expiring.
• Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually, cancel anytime.
• All prices in USD. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
• Refunds: We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 3 critiques on your plan.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• Critiques will be error-free or complete
• Our scoring will match any specific journal's standards
• The service will be uninterrupted or available at all times
• Critiques will lead to successful publication or grant funding

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqrab and Coefficients Health Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at anas@coef.health.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
